The ideas presented regarding the benefits of cold showers seem reasonable enough, as a hypothesis, but lack any scientific evidence to make it a theory. I for one am willing to try it out--as evidenced from ending my shower this morning in full on cold mode. One thing is for sure, I was definitely awake at that point--and I am not a morning person. I would like to see some supporting documentation before I would recommend it to anyone else, other than as a nice wake up call. Other than that, very persuasive.Product details

It was interesting to read, love to learn something new everyday. I can't wait to start taking my cold showers
Benefits are nice but would be nice to have a better step by step method at accumulating to cold shower.
Good information I just wish there was a physical copy of the book and that it was a little more detailed. Still great
As the author notes, in historic, evolutionary terms, humans bathing in warm water is a relatively new phenomena. Perhaps our physiology is actually more attuned to bathing in cold water and I must say that the author makes a very convincing argument for considering all the health benefits that showering in cold water can provide.
Not worth the price considering how short it is, and how easily you can find the same information for free online.
The "book" is not badly written. A bit inspirational. It would have been nice to include some scientific references to the many health claims made.
But there is no way, for me, that a cold shower will ever be wonderful. I have lived in parts of the world where you have to take cold showers because there is no such concept as hot water. Summer and winter. Snow melt water. It made me scream the first time, the last time, and every time in between. It was never pleasant, not once. But that is just my opinion.
Still, I think it is good to reduce the temperature to merely warm instead of steaming hot.
I had no idea of the many benefits of cold showers but as they are explained in this super short yet info packed ebook it seems they are endless. Who knew that you could quite literally change your whole life just by switching from hot to cold showers. Everything from better energy, better circulation, and even fat loss(!) While I can't vouch for the better circulation or fat loss claims (yet) I can definitely admit to having more energy and feeling better after this morning's cold shower. Yes, it definitely was a rude awakening but if you can just hang on for a few more seconds it really does get better and feel very good and invigorating. Afterward I even noticed that my skin felt smoother. Although this ebook was not my usual kind of self-help material I'm really glad I read it; I am certain that while cold showers may not be my routine 100% of the time I am happy to indulge in them at least once or twice a week (maybe more) as a fun and healthy way of boosting both my energy and mood levels.
